Maddin Hauser Welcomes Jordan Austermann
Maddin Hauser is pleased to announce that Jordan Austermann has joined the firm in its Financial Services and Real Property Litigation group. She brings fifteen years of extensive and diverse litigation expertise to the firm.
“We are excited to have a litigator as capable as Jordan join our team,” said Martin S. Frenkel, co-chair of the Financial Services and Real Property group. “Jordan’s legal acumen and familiarity with financial institutions make her a fantastic complement to the talented roster of attorneys in the group. I know she will make immediate positive contributions to our busy practice.”
As a member of Maddin Hauser’s Subpoena Management Assessment Response Team (SMART), Jordan plays a critical role in protecting the interests of businesses and individuals that face the multidimensional issues that come with being on the receiving end of a third-party subpoena. She will assist in distinguishing routine civil discovery from high-stakes regulatory and criminal investigations, potential probing for first-party litigation, and consumer privacy landmines. Maddin Hauser continues its thoughtful approach to growth, recently onboarding attorneys to strengthen its commercial litigation, estate planning, probate litigation, and corporate capabilities. The common thread of the firm’s growth is welcoming new attorneys who bring fresh insights and perspectives while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
