DAVID E. David’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of business disputes, real estate, mortgage, construction, and title matters, as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights cases. While he thrives in the crucible of the courtroom and relishes the opportunity to wield his formidable oral and written advocacy skills on behalf of his clients, David also seeks and attempts to create opportunities to spare them from the costs and disruption of protracted litigation whenever possible.
