Maddin Hauser is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorney R.J. Cronkhite to its Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory practice group.
The announcement was made by the firm’s President and CEO, Steven D. Sallen. “With his experience handling a broad variety of litigation disputes and his dedication to providing efficient, client-focused results, R.J. will strengthen our firm’s capabilities to assist clients with their complex litigation issues,” said Sallen.
Cronkhite’s litigation expertise encompasses business and contract disputes, construction law, employment law, probate litigation, non-compete agreements and real estate disputes.
Before entering the field of law, Cronkhite studied America’s colonial government and early U.S. constitutional history, obtaining his bachelor’s degree and graduating magna cum laude from Eastern Michigan University. Cronkhite then attended the University of Chicago Law School where he participated in moot court and interned with the Supreme Court of the state of New Mexico.
Clients describe Cronkhite as a tenacious, unflagging, and engaged attorney whose “attention to detail and professionalism are two of the many qualities that set him apart from the rest.” He is dedicated to achieving cost-effective client results by quickly digging deeply into the facts and law related to each matter, then leveraging his findings in favor of his clients. Cronkhite closely collaborates with clients throughout the litigation process based on his conviction that the firm’s clients are business partners—not mere customers.
In 2016, the State Bar of Michigan’s Litigation Section elected Cronkhite to its Governing Council.
