MICHAEL W. MADDIN is the President and one of the Managing Directors of the firm. Mr. Maddin has been practicing law for over 37 years, primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and business law, estate planning and probate. He is a member of the Southfield, Oakland, Michigan and American Bar Associations and the American Judicature Society. He is also a member of the Real Property Law Section Council of the State Bar of Michigan and for many years served as Chairman of the Commercial Leasing and Management Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Maddin has been a speaker at numerous ICSC, ICLE, National Business Institute and State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section Seminars, and has authored numerous real estate related articles in professional journals. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in 'The Best Lawyers in America'and has been President or Chairman of numerous civic, charitable or fraternal organizations and major groups.
