MICHAEL S. LEIB is a shareholder in the firm. He is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of insolvency law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and real estate litigation. He is a graduate of Kalamazoo College, the University of Montana and Wayne State University Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before several courts, including the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Michigan, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. Mr. Leib is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association of the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Judicial Qualifications Committee. He was also the chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Character and Fitness Committee. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
