LAVINIA S. BIASELL received her Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors from Michigan State University in 2000, and received her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 2003. While in law school, Ms. Biasell was a member of American Inns of Court and earned the Carolyn Stell Award for outstanding achievements and public service from the Women Lawyers Association of Mid-Michigan. Ms. Biasell was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Michigan in 2003. She is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Ms. Biasell concentrates her practice in the areas of title insurance coverage and commercial and real estate litigation. She served on the Board of Women's Bar Association as WLAM Representative, Vice-President and President-Elect, and is actively involved in bar activities.
