IAN S. BOLTON practices primarily in the areas of business law, bankruptcy and insolvency, landlord-tenant law and commercial and real estate litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor with high honors from Wayne State University Law School, where he served as a senior notes and comment editor of the Wayne Law Review and as a junior member of the Wayne State University Moot Court. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, Illinois and Texas, and his professional affiliations include the American Bankruptcy Institute, Young Lawyers Section; the State Bar of Michigan, Young Lawyers Section; and the American Bar Association. He joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
