Brian C. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, in 1993. Mr. Kelly concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability defense. In addition to professionals, he has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts nationwide. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and facilitation.
