David H. Freedman is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Business, Real Estate, Financial Services and Real Property Litigation, and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Debtor-Creditor Rights Practice Groups. Mr. Freedman’s practice involves all types of business and related transactions, including corporate governance, counseling clients on building, growing and selling their businesses, structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing of complex documents and transactions, buying and selling assets, real estate or business interests, mergers and acquisitions, purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, vendor service agreements, master services agreements, security agreements, settlement agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, license agreements, assignments, guaranties, employment agreements, severance agreements, noncompetition agreements, nondisclosure agreements and general business planning. He is also involved in a variety of debtor and creditor rights matters, both in and out of court, including bankruptcies, workouts, forbearances, restructurings, wind-downs, liquidations, dissolutions, receiverships, and transactional acquisition and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners.
