RICHARD J. MADDIN is now Of Counsel to the firm who has practiced law for more than 50 years. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and University of Detroit Law School. His areas of practice include general business, commercial and residential real estate construction, corporate, land use planning, zoning and probate law. Mr. Maddin is a litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the above-described areas of practice, including also the areas of real estate construction, zoning, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, and he is a certified mediator. He is a member of the real estate, litigation, and ADR sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the Southfield and Oakland Bar Associations.
