Rachael A. Frawley-Panyard is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services and Real Property Litigation Group. Prior to joining Maddin Hauser, Ms. Frawley-Panyard practiced law at a boutique law firm where she represented clients in transactional and general civil litigation matters, specializing in business litigation, contract disputes, real property law, and creditor’s rights and FDCPA compliance. Specifically, Ms. Frawley-Panyard litigated real estate transactions involving complex title issues, represented Real Estate Brokers and Agents in E&O claims, and creditors in collection disputes. Ms. Frawley-Panyard uses her previous experience to focus her practice on mortgage related disputes, construction liens, and title insurance coverage claims.
Ms. Frawley-Panyard earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from Wayne State University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005 from Michigan State University.
Ms. Frawley-Panyard is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the United State District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
