Pontiac Officials May Reverse their Decision to Demolish the Phoenix Center

After three years of contentious litigation in which our clients, the owners of the Ottawa Towers Office buildings, have successfully fought to prevent Pontiac and Oakland County from demolishing the iconic downtown parking structure, amphitheater and plaza, upon which the office buildings rely for safe and convenient parking, Pontiac is finally reconsidering its decision to demolish the structure. Pontiac now claims that the structure could play a critical role in Pontiac’s revitalization.
